Project ABC from PAWS - is a first-of-its-kind initiative, setting the standard for how India can do an effective Animal Birth Control program that is well designed and scientifically sound. It is aimed at sterilizing 99% of breeding population of stray dogs paving the way for rabies control and safer communities.
